Usage Instructions
- Preparation: Strip cable insulation to fit completely inside the terminal lug. Clean the conductor and inside of the lug.
- Select Die: Choose the matching die size (e.g., 50 mm²) and install it into the tool head.
- Positioning: Place the lug containing the cable firmly between the dies.
- Crimping: Close the pressure release valve, pump the handle continuously until maximum pressure is reached.
- Release and Check: Open the release valve to open the jaws, then visually inspect the crimped connection.
