[D120mm Magnetic Hook] consists of a powerful permanent magnet block (typically high-grade Neodymium or Ferrite) encased in a protective steel housing and integrated with a stainless steel or plated steel hook on top.
Product Highlights
- Supercharged Magnetic Force: With a diameter up to 120mm, the large contact area creates an extremely strong magnetic field capable of holding heavy items such as power tools, rope ladders, or large mechanical parts.
- High Flexibility: You can install and move the hook to any location with a ferrous metal surface in just a few seconds. When no longer needed, it can be removed without leaving marks or damaging the surface.
- Exceptional Durability: The steel shell not only protects the internal magnet from cracking or breaking due to impacts, but also helps concentrate the magnetic force onto the contact surface, enhancing pulling performance.
- Corrosion Resistance: High-grade plating layers enable the product to perform well in workshop environments, warehouses, or even outdoors.
Practical Applications
- In Workshops/Garages: Hang power cables, air hoses, light pallets, or heavy repair tool sets on steel partitions.
- Shipbuilding Industry/Construction: Temporarily secure tarpaulins, jobsite lighting, or safety ropes onto steel structures.
- Warehouse Storage: Utilize steel pillars or racking systems to hang notice boards, diagrams, or personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Advertising and Events: Hang banners and signs from ceilings or trade show steel frames.
Usage Precautions
- Iron Surface Thickness: Maximum pulling force is achieved only when attached to a flat, clean iron plate with a thickness exceeding 10mm. If the surface is thin or coated with thick paint, the magnetic force will decrease significantly.
- Pull Direction: Vertical holding force (hanging from a ceiling) is much stronger than horizontal shear force (attaching to a wall). When attached to a vertical wall, heavy objects may slide down due to gravity (typically retaining only about 1/3 of the rated force).
- Magnetic Safety: Due to its extremely powerful pull, never place fingers between the magnet and the steel surface during installation to avoid severe pinching. Keep away from electronic devices, magnetic cards, and pacemakers.
- Temperature Limits: If it uses Neodymium magnets, the magnetic force will diminish if used in environments exceeding 80°C.
D120mm Magnetic Hook is a smart, powerful, and professional storage solution. It helps optimize workspace scientifically while ensuring superior load capacity, making it suitable for both heavy-duty residential applications and demanding industrial work.
