Operating Principle

The DOSAKI KS15/1.0-PTCP-HS51 operates on the diaphragm pump principle.

1. Suction Stroke: As the motor runs, the diaphragm moves backward, creating a vacuum in the pump chamber. This pressure draws liquid from the tank into the chamber via a check valve.
2. Discharge Stroke: The diaphragm moves forward, generating pressure to push the liquid out of the chamber and into the system through a second check valve.
3. Flow Adjustment: The pumping speed and diaphragm stroke can be adjusted to precisely control the required chemical dosage.
